At MiterTop, we’re committed to delivering your equipment safely, on time, and in perfect condition. Below is our shipping policy so you know exactly what to expect when ordering from us.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship all orders via trusted freight carriers or UPS Ground, depending on the size and weight of the shipment.

MiterTop Tables ship via freight due to their size and durability
Accessories & Mounts typically ship via UPS or similar ground services

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

📍 Shipping Areas

Currently, we ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states.
If you're located in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, please contact us directly at info@mitertop.com for a custom shipping quote.

⏱ Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
Standard delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location
Freight shipments may require scheduling and a signature upon delivery

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer—but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

📦 Freight Shipment Info

If your order includes a MiterTop table, it will be shipped on a pallet and delivered via liftgate service to your curb or driveway.

Please Note:

Someone must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery
Before signing, inspect your shipment for damage and report any issues immediately to the driver and to us at info@mitertop.com

💥 Damages & Claims

We take great care in packaging each order, but if your shipment arrives damaged:

Notify the driver and make a note on the delivery receipt
Take photos of the packaging and product
Contact us within 48 hours at info@mitertop.com with photos and details

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund as needed.
