What's Covered:

• Structural frame defects or failures
• Welding or joint failures under normal use
• Manufacturing defects in aluminum construction

What's Not Covered:

• Locking mechanisms and latches (wear items)
• Quick-connect mounting system and hardware (wear items)
• Finish or cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, powder coat wear from job site use)
• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Damage from misuse, abuse, or modification
• Damage from overloading beyond 500 lbs capacity
• Damage from accidents, natural disasters, or improper transport

Warranty Process: If you experience any issues covered by warranty, contact our US-based support team. We'll assess the issue and provide repair, replacement parts, or a replacement unit as appropriate. Original proof of purchase required.
