Return and Refund Policy

30-day returns

You can return your MiterTop Pro or any accessory within 30 days of delivery.

Terms

• A 10% restocking fee applies to returns.
• Items must be in the condition you received them, with all parts, including the Quick Connect Legs. Apparel must be unworn, with tags.
• Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Please keep the original box and packaging so the table makes the trip back safely.
• We can't accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How to start a return

Email info@mitertop.com with your order number before sending anything back. We'll reply with return instructions. Returns go to: 49 Trinity Drive, Leola, PA 17543. Items sent back without approval can't be accepted.

Damaged or defective

No restocking fee. Check your order when it arrives, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Refunds

We'll email you once we've received and inspected your return. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days, less the 10% restocking fee. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. If 15 business days have passed since approval, email info@mitertop.com.

Exchanges

Return the item you have, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the one you want.
